Where do I pick up my tickets?

How are seats assigned?
All seats are general admission. When you arrive, please feel free to choose any available seat.
What should I wear?
The atmosphere at Music Milton concerts is welcoming and relaxed. Wear what makes you feel comfortable.
When should I plan to arrive?
The doors of our venues will open 30 minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin. Please plan to arrive when we open the doors to park, select seats and settle in.
How long are the concerts?
Our concerts are about two hours in length and include a 20 minute intermission. Family concerts focus on younger audiences and are an hour in length with no intermission.
May I bring the kids?
Children are always welcome to attend with a parent or guardian, but we do not recommend bring children under the age of five except to Family Concerts which are designed to engage both the young and young at heart.

What are my dining options near the venue?
There are several wonderful restaurants near our venues. A sampling of our favorites include:

What is your ticket Exchange policy?
Exchanges can be made by phone at least twenty-four hours in advance of the performance. Please email us at info@musicmilton.org.
May I take pictures and record the concert?
The use of cameras and other recording devices is not permitted.
Are the venues handicapped accessible?
Our venues are handicapped accessible and convenient handicapped parking places are available.
How can I donate to Music Milton?
As a 501(c)3 organization, donations are greatly appreciated and can be made on our website at MusicMilton.org/donations. If you care to discuss donation and sponsorship opportunities, please contact our Executive Director at info@musicmilton.org.
How can I get involved?
Volunteers are critical to the success of Music Milton’s concert seasons and they are needed! As a volunteer, you may be involved in a number of helpful activities, such as:

Concert ushers and green room attendants

Social media and web site maintenance (training provided)

Email patrons concert material (training provided)

Assist production team with rehearsal & concert set up (some heavy lifting may be required)
